New Production Management Suite for News International, Knowsley. Alongside News Internationals New Production Plant Project, Etcetera Construction Services were asked to assist in delivering an associated small works programme. In addition to creating a production management suite this included the decanting and making good of a number of existing production areas the upgrade of staff toilets, showers and locker rooms plus the creation of a new gymnasium.

Design and furniture options were produced for staff presentation, in response to a brief that called for an inclusive open style environment overlooking the new printing press area an imaginative cost effective solution. The suite provides a direct interface between production monitoring and printing operations. Glass fronted cellular offices, meeting room and staff break out area are provided fronting onto a linear open plan office area.

A one stop turnkey solution, the project was completed ahead of programme and included decanting and fit out works, Mechanical and Electrical services, furniture procurement and instillation.
